für albanische Staatsbürger beschäftigt. Sie hat den Status einer
Aktiengesellschaft und ist der Regierung unterstellt. Derzeit wird es
von Loina Prifti verwaltet, deren Name aufgrund fragwürdiger
Ausschreibungen mehrfach in den Medien auftauchte.
Das
nächste, in dem er dem Sohn von Aleksandër Meks etwa 30 Millionen alte
Lek (einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer) schenkte, sieht so aus. Der frühere
Ministerpräsident, der zur Zeit des Wuchers amtierte, trug nicht nur

weitere Unternehmen, die zusammen mit der Firma von Aleksandër Meksis
Sohn direkt von IDENTITEK über die Ausschreibung informiert wurden,
sodass es zu keinem offenen Wettbewerb kam. Die drei Unternehmen haben
nahezu die gleichen Zahlen genannt, was die Praxis der
Ausschreibungsmanipulation für vorher festgelegte Gewinner nahelegt.
So
bewirteten Loina Prifti und ihr Chef Rama Endri Meks und seine Firma MC
NETWORKING mit rund 30 Millionen alten Lek (inkl. MwSt.) aus dem Geld
des Volkes. Die Zweifel, dass wir es mit einem vorher festgelegten
Gewinner zu tun haben, werden durch die Tatsache verstärkt, dass der von
