Albanien verabschiedet die wichtige Terroritial Reform wo es nun nur noch 61 Gemeiden gibt

Albanien hatte sich den Wahnsinn geleistet auf Grund falscher EU Beratung einer Dezentralisierung, das es fast 400 selbsständige Gemeinde gab, wo inklusive Durres, niemand auch nur Ansätze von Gesetze und Regelungen verstand, oder umsetzte. Eine Art Mafiösen Selbst Bereichungs System wo keine Gesetze in Funktion waren. Die Dümmsten von Albanien wurden Bürgermeister, inklusive System Stimmen Kauf, bei Kommunalen Wahlen.

Es wird nur noch 61 Gemeiden geben, wobei die vielen kleinen Mafia Bürgermeister der übelsten Art und von Verbrecher Clans wegfallen.
