PRIŠTINA -- EU Special Representative in Kosovo Samuel Žbogar says the
decision of the Kosovo government to ban the arrival of officials from
Belgrade was "not the best."

Žbogar said that the decision was a result of "nervousness on both sides."
According to reports, he added that it was "excessive" to be ban all visits
by Serbian officials to Kosovo during the election campaign, "as it is in
the interest of all of us that as many people as possible turn out to
