Italienische Seepferdchen-Ausbildung für die Kosovo Security Force (Video)

Ausbilder der italienischen KFOR-Truppe (Kosovo Force der NATO) bieten Schwimmunterricht für Angehörige der Kosovo Security Force (KSF). Die italienische KFOR ist für die Ausbildung der KSF zuständig. Rudimentäre Schwächen bei allen Grundlagen sind bei den Kosovaren vorhanden, das Erreichen der NATO- oder europäischer Zivilisations-Standard ist noch ein Stück Weg. Am Beispiel Rettungs-Schwimmen wird das deutlich, eine schulische Grundlagen-Schwimmausbildung oder eine landesweite Wasserrettungsgesellschaft ist im Kosovo nicht vorhanden, Hallenbäder gibt es nicht, die Mehrheit der kosovarischen Bevölkerung kann deshalb nicht oder nicht ausreichend Schwimmen.
Der im Video gezeigte Schwimmunterricht findet im Freibad in Pristina, im Ortsteil Germia statt, das grün-Schimmernde im Bild ist die Algenbildung im Wasser, internationalen Soldaten ist das Schwimmen dort eigentlich nicht gestattet, denn die Wasserqualität ist “grenzwertig ungesund”. Ein von der KFOR Wasserqualitäts-kontrolliertes alternatives Freibad liegt im Bereich der schwedischen KFOR in der serbischen Enklave Gracanica, allerdings ist das für die KOS-albanisch dominierte Kosovo Security Force offenbar eine No Go Area.
Die KSF soll offiziell eine “zivile” Katastrophenschutzbehörde mit Bewaffnung werden, zukünftig wird sie wohl eine von den US-Amerikanern ausgestattete kosovarische Armee werden – das Schwimmabzeichen Seepferdchen absolviert sie bei den Italienern, Deutschland steuert mehrere Millionen Euro bei, generell ist Deutschland nach den USA zweitgrößter nationaler Kapitalgeber für den Kosovo, ab 01. September übernimmt der deutsche Bundeswehr Generalmajor Markus Bentler für ein Jahr den Posten des Commander KFOR.

BELGRADE -- The trial of the members of the so-called Gnjilane Group of the KLA has resumed at the District Court War Crimes Chamber in Belgrade. The accused are charged with torture and execution of civilians in Kosovo in 1999. Defendant Agus Memisi, who yesterday began his defense by denying all the charges, will take the witness stand today. According to the indictment, between June and late December 1999, members of the Gnjilane Group brutally executed at least 80 civilians, physically abused at least 153 people, while 34 people are still listed as missing. 17 members of the group, including eight who are still on the run and being tried in absentia, are accused of imprisonment, looting, torture, abuse, rape and murder of civilians. The accused that are still on the run are Fazlia Ajdari, Redxhep Aliji, Saqir Saqiri, Sefket Musliji, Sadik Aliji, Idriz Aliji, Semsija Nuhiju and Ramadan Halimi. The other defendants—Agus Memisi, Faton Hajdari, Ahmet Hasani, Nazif Hasani, Samet Hajdari, Ferat Hajdari, Kamber Sahiti, Selimon Sadiku and Burim Fazliju—were arrested on December 26 in Preševo, and have since been in custody in Belgrade. The trial resumes at 14:30 CET at the Special Court.

Angreifer unerkannt entkommen

Mitrovica - Ein Konvoi der EU-Polizeimission (EULEX) ist am Donnerstagabend im Nordkosovo von unbekannten Angreifern beschossen worden. Verletzte hat es nach Angaben eines Polizeisprechers in Mitrovica keine gegeben.

Besim Hoti sagte im Belgrader Sender B-92, dass der Angriff gegen 20.00 Uhr auf dem Verkehrsweg zwischen der von Serben bewohnten Ortschaft Zubin Potok und einem Grenzübergang zu Serbien passiert sei. Zu dem Angriff wird laut Hoti von der Polizei noch ermittelt. Die Motive seien zunächst unbekannt. (APA)

A US citizen of Kosovo Albanian origin is charged with conspiracy of committing murder in a foreign country and conspiring to provide material support to terrorists, Kosovo media report.

Betim Kaziu, 21, who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested in Kosovo last August by Kosovo police and extradited to the United States this week.

The Brooklyn Federal Court indictment claims that Kaziu made repeated attempts to buy weapons and tried to join a terrorist group linked to Al Qaeda.

Kaziu pleaded not guilty and was ordered to be held without bail. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

Following the arrest in Kosovo, the police found two Kalashnikovs, five hand grenades, 235 pieces of ammunition, a hunting rifle and a lap top computer at the house where Kaziu was residing in Prizren, Kosovo. Another person was arrested the same day.

"This case is a textbook example of a successful international effort to investigate and apprehend those who would engage in terrorist acts and pre-empt their plots," said Benton J. Campbell, US attorney for the Eastern District of New York. "We will spare no effort in this pursuit."

Campbell said the government of Kosovo, the U.S. State Department, and Justice Department's Office of International Affairs were involved in the investigation.

Daut Kadriovski's contacts include Albanians living in the Bronx, they had been coordinating their plans from such social hangouts as the Besa, Two Star and Gurra cafes, and across New Jersey, he is wanted in 12 European countries. BELGRADE -- Police have found a large stash of weapons in the municipality of Preševo, on state-owned property some 300 meters from the Macedonian border.

Interior Minister Ivica Daic said that the operation had once again helped stabilize the security and political situation in southern Serbia.


The stash included machine guns, bombs, rocket launchers,16 hand grenades and over 20 mines, as well as a large supply of ammunition, Da

Daçiq ka thënë se ky aksion është një kontribut për stabilizimin e sigurisë dhe situatën politike në jug të Serbisë, transmeton B92.

Sipas tij, aksionin e kanë ndërmarrë pjesëtarët e policisë multietnike dhe se për të janë njoftuar edhe përfaqësuesit e Komunës së Preshevës dhe OSBE-ja.

Zum Glück hat man in Europa ja die Steinmeier Bestechungs Truppe, die an dieser Art von Wirtschafts Wachstum und Steigerung des BIP im Kosovo kräftig verdient. Europäische Politik, welche direkt diese Art der Drogen Verteil Stelle Kosovo auch wünschte, damit man direkt an diesen Profiten u.a. über die Aufbau Hilfe und NATO Schutz der Drogen Kartell Bosse profitiert. Was jeder Bundeswehr Soldat weiß: Zum Schutz der Drogen Kartelle und Warlords, ist man in Afghanistan stationiert und bezahlt diese Profi Verbrecher aus der Kasse des Auswärtigen Amtes sogar hohe monatliche Gehälter.

Lunacek neue Kosovo-Berichterstatterin

Die Grüne Europasprecherin Lunacek wird als neue Berichterstatterin des Europaparlaments für den Kosovo diese Woche einen Antrittsbesuch in Pristina absolvieren. Die Ernennung zur Berichterstatterin durch das Parlament vorige Woche "freut mich sehr", sagte Lunacek der APA. Ins Zentrum werde sie die Stärkung der Rechtsstaatlichkeit, der Minderheitenrechte und der Demokratie rücken.

Ein wichtiges Anliegen seien ihr die Kommunalwahlen am 15. November, der erste Urnengang im Kosovo seit der Unabhängigkeitsverkündung im Februar 2008. Lunacek sprach sich klar für die Beteiligung der Serben an der Kommunalwahl aus. Belgrad hat sich bereits vor einiger Zeit gegen eine Wahlteilnahme der Kosovo-Serben ausgesprochen. Am 23.8. zitierte die "Presse" Kritik von Ulrike Lunacek (Grüne) an Darabos' Haltung zu einem Darfur-Einsatz. Lunacek ist auch umtriebig als Russland-Gegnerin (Aktion zu Putin-Besuch usw.) und fällt schon mal auf offensichtliche Desinformationen rein, wie ich im Jahr 2000 anhand angeblich massenhaft im Irak enthaupteter Frauen darstellte.

Sowohl sie als auch ihre "Frauensolidarität" schlossen sich Apellen einer Vertreterin der "Arbeiterkommunistischen Partei" des Iran im Exil an, die so tat, als schildere sie persönliche Irak-Erlebnisse, während beim genaueren Zuhören klar wurde, dass sie aus dem Iran stammt. Michael Operskalski von "Geheim" (deutsches Magazin, dessen "Naming Names" von CIA-Agenten heuer u.a. welche in der US-Botschaft in Wien betraf) erwähnte damals in einem Interview in der "Jungen Welt" die u.a. vom Mossad unterstützte "Workers Communist Party" von Exiliranern, und ich wollte von ihm Näheres wissen, nachdem ich in der Sache "Enthauptungen?" schon George Galloways Hilfsorganisation Mariam Appeal befragte:

"Haben wir da nicht die iranische Arbeiterpartei gefunden, deren Vertreterin in Sachen Enthauptungen Propaganda machte? Ich frage Opperskalski, der meint, wahrscheinlich schon, denn eine kommunistische Arbeiterpartei des Iran tritt vor allem in Deutschland auf. Sie versteckt sich auch, nicht nur bei unseren Nachbarn, hinter Flüchtlingsorganisationen,die sie zur Rekrutierung und für Propagandazwecke nutzt.Und sie hat die Gründung einer ebenfalls von CIA und Mossad unterstützten kommunistischen Arbeiterpartei des Irak initiiert. Im irakischen Kurdengebiet hat sie mehrere Basen... "
Lunaceks Rolle schilderte ich auch im MUND vom 23.11.2000:

"Liebe Leute, bitte verbreitet nicht alles weiter: die von Edwin gepostete Afghanistan-Sache ist ein Virus und was die "180 enthaupteten Frauen im Irak" betrifft, so habe ich versucht, dieser Behauptung nachzugehen: zuerst bekam ich am 17. eine Mail eben von der Frauensolidarität, wo noch von 30 Frauen die Rede war. Auf meine Reply, welche Quelle das hat, mit dem Hinweis auf das "National Endowment for Democracy", einem US-Programm, wo via Menschenrechtsschiene Gründe für militärische Interventionen gesucht werden, kam dann nichts mehr. Zufällig habe ich am 20. entdeckt, dass die Quelle der Frauensoli-Behauptung offenbar Ulrike Lunacek ist, denn diese machte am 20. eine Aussendung mit eben dem Inhalt der 30 Enthauptungen von Prostituierten. Und dass sie das auch in New York im Büro von Mary Robinson angesprochen habe und erwarte, dass das Ölembargo gegen den Irak nicht gelockert werde. Und von Österreich fordert sie, dass nicht wie geplant Anfang 2001 ein Handelsdelegierter in den Irak entsandt wird."

Lunacek bezog sich auf eine Desinformation im britischen Guardian am 3.11.2000, nahm jedoch deren Entlarvung am 4.11.2000 nicht mehr zur Kenntnis. Zufall oder Absicht? Wenn wir ihre außenpolitischen Positionen auch seither ansehen, wohl eher Letzteres.

"Das geht nicht lange gut" wird ein Kommentar von Andreas Schwarz im "Kurier" vom 24.8.2007 über/gegen Darabos betitelt:

Spain withdraws contingent from Kosovo

PRISTINA, Kosovo -- Spain became the first country Saturday (September 19th) to withdraw all of its troops from Kosovo. The last group of 88 Spanish soldiers returned to Madrid on Saturday. Many of the convicted Albanian criminals have been living in the UK for up to ten years and have started new families here.

As the revelations exposed the shambles within the asylum system yet again, campaigners expressed their outrage.Ahmet Prenci, the Albanian chief of police, said he felt as if all his force's hard work in tracking down the culprits had been in vain.

'We have made a list of our people who are hiding in the UK,' he said. 'There are 100 criminals, and more than 80 per cent are wanted for murder and have been convicted in absentia.

'They have been given British citizenship despite our efforts to extradite them to serve prison sentences in our country.

'We are working intensively to identify, locate, and then to arrest wanted Albanian people in Britain. Unfortunately, many have British passports obtained after they claimed asylum by pretending to be Kosovans.

Speculation Surrounds Case of Albanian Whistle-Blower Kosta Trebicka's Death, Miami Arms Dealer Efraim Diveroli and links to the Albanian Mafia !

Oct. 8th 2008, The investigation into the death of a whistle-blower Kosta Trebicka in Albania appears to be nearing its conclusion, but with little hope of quelling the suspicion and speculation surrounding the case.

Kosta Trebicka, a witness in an inquiry, died (possibly murdered) last month, 9/12/2008. The whistle-blower, Kosta Trebicka, uncovered evidence of public corruption in the export of ammunition from the Communist era in Albania . His accusations were followed by arrests in Albania and charges against the employees of an arms-dealing company (AEY Inc) in Miami Fl, United States, but only after an explosion at a munitions facility in the town of Gerdeci Albania killed 26 people, including children.

Mr. Trebicka, 48, a witness in the investigation into the explosion, a national tragedy in Albania, was found dead on a rural roadside near his car (see video click here). According to "News 24 TV" Albania , Trebicka was linked with the American intelligence service CIA about the investigation of trafficking weapons by the Albanian army and Albanian mafia and he was the top person who knew everything about the Gerdeci Blast scandal of Albania last March 2008.

Albania's government said on Friday Sept 12 2008 it was looking into the sudden death of an arms industry figure who was helping prosecutors investigate a weapons sale to the United States and an explosion that killed 26 people. Television pictures (see video click here) showed businessman Kosta Trebicka, his head covered in blood, sprawled on his back on a dirt road in a remote area of eastern Albania, where he had been hunting. His off-road car was nearby, and appeared to be damaged. Trebicka was involved in repackaging ageing Chinese ammunition that was being sold from Albania to AEY Inc (Efraim Diveroli), a U.S. firm contracted by the Pentagon to supply the Afghan army.

“MEICO”( Military Export Import Company ) is a public enterprise subordinate by the Albanian Ministry of Defense. “For the creation of Import- Export Enterprise subordinate by the Ministry of Defense”. “MEICO” is made up of a specialized staff (Albanian Mafia) in the field of import- exports. The head of Miami-based company AEY Efraim Diveroli, suspected of a murky arms deals with Albanian officials to ship Chinese-made ammunition to the Afghan army is expected to plead guilty.

“The 22-year-old arms dealer will plead guilty to charges that he defrauded the U.S. government by shipping Chinese-made ammunition to Afghanistan and then trying to hide its country of origin from military officials,” the Associated Press reports. A Yugoslav Interior Ministry report identifies him as one of Europe's biggest heroin dealers, and Nicovic calls him a "major financial resource for the KLA." Through his family links, Nicovic says, Kadriovski smuggled more than 100 kilos of heroin into New York and Philadelphia, in 1993 he headed for the United States (New York City), where it's believed he continues to operate. Daut Kadriovski's contacts include Albanians living in the Bronx, they had been coordinating their plans from such social hangouts as the Besa, Two Star and Gurra cafes, and across New Jersey, he is wanted in 12 European countries. "Group members have specific, well defined tasks... Although they co-operate with other groups, they mistrust non-Albanians. They are known to be violent, apply counter surveillance, frequently change cars and maintain contacts through dozens of mobile telephones with prepaid cards," declares Europol report and then, once again, implicates these Muslim Albanian Mafia groups into funding politics: "The proceeds from their criminal activities are used in the Member State where they operate or sent to Albania and Kosovo."

In Italy, Albanian organized crime gangs appear to control the car trafficking market. One method they employ is to deliberately drive into a car and then when the driver stops to assess the damage to his vehicle, they take the car by force. The cars are then exported to Tirana. A car stolen in central Italy in the morning can be in Albania with its new owner that same evening, Interpol Report.
“The vehicles are not only stolen for their own sake; sometimes they are trafficked to finance other crimes,” according to the international police organization Interpol. Europol’s report describes Europe’s stolen-car industry as a complex network of professionals that includes car thieves, technicians, mechanics, document forgers, drivers, and unscrupulous car dealers. These thieves have learned how to disable immobilizers, locate and eliminate tracking devices, and alter VIN numbers, then shipping the vehicles to Dubai UAE for resale.
According to a CNN report the FBI "Officials said ethnic Albanians (MUSLIMS) from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro" make up the emerging American criminal cartel and "represent a major challenge to federal agents because of their propensity for violence and brutality." This statement comes several months after Amnesty International declared NATO-administered Kosovo province a hotbed of Albanian organized crime activity (AOC).

Investigators contend that Mamoun Darkazanli's import-export business served as a front for Al Qaeda. In March 1995, Darkazanli co-signed the opening of a Deutsche Bank account for Mamdouh Mahmud Salim, identified by the CIA as chief of bin Laden's computer operations and weapons procurement, according to news reports. Salim is currently facing charges in the U.S. for the 1988 bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa. Mamoun Darkazanli Import-Export Company or Darkazanli Export-Import Sonderposten, in Hamburg, are under sanction, as affiliates or supporters of al-Qaida, by the United Nations[5], by the European Union[6], and by the United States Treasury[7].


Allegations of an al-Qaeda presence in Albanian inhabited areas have also been made. For example, 24 Wahabi mosques and 14 orphanages have been built in Kosovo since 1999, along with 98 primary and secondary Wahabi funded schools.
The chief Albanian Imam in Kosovo has been schooled in the Wahabi doctrine in Saudi Arabia and is of vital political importance to the party of the Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova. Wahabism is the chief spiritual source of the al-Qaeda terrorists. More distressing for the West is the existing Albanian criminal infrastructure that has been exported out of Kosovo into Europe, and given clan connections, has infiltrated the US.

Albanian Muslim Mafia Crew of Myfit Dika, Gazmir Gjoka, and Kujtim Lika are all wanted by the FBI in the USA and Dutch and Albanian Law Enforcement authorities for their participation in an international Afghan Heroin drug smuggling ring (support of terrorism) and criminal enterprise organizatio (RICO charges). 

The investigation into these individuals began in late 2003 and culminated with their indictments on March 12, 2009, in the District of New Jersey. Dika was living in Wycoff, New Jersey, but has ties to numerous countries outside of the United States to include Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Canada, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Gjoka was living in Hamilton Township, New Jersey and Lika was living in Caldwell, New Jersey, but both have ties to numerous countries outside of the United States to include Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Canada, and the Netherlands.

Newark, NJ—The FBI, in conjunction with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) have charged 26 individuals with a laundry list of crimes including narcotics and firearms trafficking, money laundering, interstate transportation of stolen property, and criminal conspiracy. Four of the subjects are presently fugitives. This is the culmination of a joint operation between the federal agencies that began in late 2003 with targets in Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Canada, the Netherlands and the United States.
