The replacement of the deputies if they don’t enter in the parliament is considered as a constitutional solution by Aurela Anastasi, Clirim Gjata and Oerd Bylykbashi. It also emphasized that the procedure of replacement will cause an institutional shock. “If these deputies will not return in the parliament, the constitution is very clear” said Bylykbashi. “I hope that for the first time the politics will subdue to the constitution and the law. So we will have appliance of the constitution, a constitutional and law solution” said Gjata. “Even in interrupting the mandates or in applying the electoral code, I predict and institutional shock and consider this as the disregard of the constitution by the political forces” said Anastasi.
