Was jeder Bundeswehr Soldat weiß, vor Ort: Gewisse Kriminelle der NATO Politik, brauchen einen Rechts freien Raum, für deren Waffen- Drogen Geschäfte in Europa. Und ebenso gehört die NATO Politik in Afghanistan zur Sicherung der Drogen Produktion zu einem besonders wichtigen Besatzungs Einsatz dort. Die Partner der hoch kriminellen Steinmeier Banden, wie Georg Soros erklären heute unverblümt, das man die Profite des Drogen Handels benötigt, um die Betrugs Banken zu retten.

Gerade US Banken, wie die City Bank, sind und waren eine der wichtigsten Geldwäsche Institute, wie auch Georg Soros und Mark Rich.

Engdahl hat jetzt in einem Artikel bestätigt, was wir hier schon seit Jahren wissen - bei der Besetzung Afghanistans geht es einzig und allein um die Kontrolle des Drogenmarktes. Einmal um die der dortigen Megaopiumquelle für den Heroinmarkt und zum anderen um den Einatz der Drogen gegen die globalen Konkurrenten.

Margolis claims that “The CIA was planning to use Osama bin Laden’s Al Qaeda to stir up Muslim Uighurs against Chinese rule, and Taliban against Russia’s Central Asian allies.”

The US clearly found other means of stirring up Muslim Uighurs against Beijing last July via its support for the World Uighur Congress. But the Al Qaeda “threat” remains the lynchpin of Obama US justification for his Afghan war buildup.

Now, however, the National Security Adviser to President Obama, former Marine Gen. James Jones has made a statement, conveniently buried by the friendly US media, about the estimated size of the present Al Qaeda danger in Afghanistan. Jones told Congress, “The al-Qaeda presence is very diminished. The maximum estimate is less than 100 operating in the country, no bases, no ability to launch attacks on either us or our allies.”

That means that Al-Qaeda, for all practical purposes, does not exist in Afghanistan. Oops…

Es ist schon eine irrwitzige Vorstellung, die gesamte Regierung, alle Parlamentarier, der Bundespräsident, die Ex-Kanzler Kohl und Schröder, die höchsten Vertreter der Wirtschaft und Medien, Ministerpräsidenten der Länder, der Bundesgeneralanwalt und viele weitere inhaftiert und später zu lebenslänglichen Haftstrafen verurteilt zu wissen.Das ist sicher nicht im Interesse der Deutschen. Jedoch verlangen die Gesetze Deutschlands, bei dem vorliegenden Tatbestand, genau das.
Die Wahl zum 17. Deutschen Bundestag findet am 27. September 2009 statt.Hier böte sich für die Deutschen die Chance die Parteien Deutschlands festzunageln.

According to the indictment, Nastase agreed to accept $ 400,000 in exchange for allegedly naming Ioan Melinescu chief of the National Office for Preventing Money Laundering. Melinescu allegedly helped Nastase cover up a corruption case involving Nastase's wife, Dana. Priština -- Serbian and Hungarian police are working to establish the identities and the exact number of illegal immigrants killed in an accident on the Tisa river. The River Tisa Priština says that 15 Kosovo Albanians drowned in the tragedy. Police in Kikinda say that several people drowned in Hungarian territory in attempting to cross the border illegally. It has been confirmed that, on October 18, fishermen near Martonos found the body of a woman in her early thirties, assumed to be one of the victims. According to information that Priština received from Hungary’s Foreign Ministry, 15 Kosovo Albanians are listed as missing. A Kosovo government spokesman said that the Hungarian ministry had informed Priština that everything was being done to recover the bodies. The group are believed to have drowned between October 14 and 16 while illegally crossing the Serbian-Hungarian border. The disappearance of at least 15 people was confirmed by a Kosovo Albanian, Argon Rama, who was arrested in Hungary last week. He claimed to have survived after the boat transporting them sank. Rama said that he had been on a boat with 18 or 19 people. When the boat started to sink he managed to save his two children but not his wife. Rama’s statement was reported by Kosovo government spokeswoman Albana Beqiri. She added that contact had been made with Kosovo citizens ’’who are believed to have family members among those who died in the tragedy, while Kosovo’s ambassador to Vienna went to Hungary on Thursday.“ The tragedy happened somewhere between Szeged and Subotica. Former Envoys Critique Approach to Bosnia

Three former envoys to Bosnia have issued a joint statement critiquing the latest EU-US effort to end the country's political crisis and proposing a new international approach.
The statement was issued by Wolfgang Petritsch, Paddy Ashdown and Christian Schwarz-Schilling, who served as high representatives to Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1999 and 2007.

EU and US officials and representatives of the main Bosnian parties are scheduled to resume negotiaitions on Tuesday.

Referring to the military base near Sarajevo where the talks are being held, the trio wrote: “The ad hoc talks at Butmir [...] evoke both our concerns and hopes,”

Two weeks ago, Bildt and US Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg delivered a package to local politicians detailing both conditions and incentives to help end Bosnia’s grinding political deadlock.

According to diplomatic sources, the package offered the country involvement in the EU visa-free regime, rapid moves towards NATO membership and the status of an EU candidate state. This, in return for the fulfillment of the remaining criteria for closing the Office of the High Representative, OHR, and the continuation of constitutional reform.

Auf dem Weg von der mazedonischen Grenze zur Kosovos Hauptstadt Pristina erhellen zwei zentrale Probleme des jungen Staates in bunten Neonfarben die Nacht: Auf 70 Kilometern Strecke könnten Autofahrer an etwa 40 verschiedenen Tankstellen tanken, sie könnten dann anschließend in einem Mini- oder Maxi-Store einkaufen und ihren Wagen in einer kleinen oder großen Waschanlage waschen, die zu den Tankstellen gehören.

Diese bunten Oasen auf einer dunklen Straße sind meist leer. An den Zapfsäulen hält kein Wagen. In den Geschäften liegt kaum Ware aus. Viele sind geschlossen aber hell erleuchtet. Die Straße nach Pristina sagt vor allem: Geldwäsche ist genauso eine Bürde für diesen Staat wie der Mangel an Ideen, die Wirtschaft zu beleben und den Albanern, Serben, Türken, Mazedoniern und Roma eine Zukunft zu geben.....

Kommentar: Tankstellen spielen eine sehr wichtige Rolle heute bei der Geldwaesche im Balkan, wobei wir hier die Tankstellen von Rezart Taci in Albanien nennen wollen. Praktisch sind alle Tankstellen illegal auf besetzten Grundstuecken gebaut worden und haben auch noch mit illegalen Importen von Treibstoff zu tun.

Albanian authorities arrested a local imam, Artan Kristo, on charges of inciting terrorist acts on Monday afternoon, in the port city of Durres.

In a press statement, the General Prosecutor's Office said that the investigation into Kristo's activities started in July and is ongoing, underlining that enough information had been gathered to warrant his arrest.

Kristo, also know as Muhamed Abdullah, is accused of “publicly inciting and propagating terrorist acts”. He is also charged with calling for jihad in the AlbSelafi.net online forum.

While historically Albanians have practiced a traditional, tolerant form of Sunni and Bektashi Islam, now a third, more radical school is gradually being introduced.  

According to observers, the Selefi sect of Islam, which currently enjoys the adherence of a small minority in Albania, associated with imams who mostly studied in the Middle East after the collapse of communism, has been persistently seeking to gain control of Albania's Muslim Community, AMC, the country's leading Islamic organisation.  

In a paper published in August 2008 for the Advanced Research and Assessment Group of the British Defence Department, historian Miranda Vickers argues that the Selefi sect is garnering increasing support in Albania from young men favouring a stricter, more rigorous interpretation of Islam, as practiced in some Arab states.

Kristo had formerly worked in 2002 as a representative of the El-Haramain Foundation, an Islamic charity with alleged ties to Al-Qaida. The El-Haramain offices in Albania were closed in 2004 and the charity banned, after its inclusion on the US State Department's terrorist watch list. 

Since the mid-1990s thousands of young Sunni Muslim Albanians have travelled to Arab and Asian countries on educational scholarships, with many returning to Albania having embraced different religious schools to the Hanefi, which is traditionally predominant in the Balkans. 

A secret service official in Tirana told Balkan Insight that the activities of "Islamic radicals were being closely monitored as a serious threat to national security." Albania's Secret Service, SHISH, has been closely cooperating with the CIA since the 2001 attacks on the Pentagon and World Trade Centre.

Kristo was previously named as a suspect in the murder of the deputy-chair of the AMC, Salih Tivari, on January 13, 2003, and has been detained and questioned by police. 

Tivari, a 58-year-old lawyer, was shot twice in his office in Tirana. He was one of the most prominent Islamic leaders in Albania ....

Tadic made that statement at Belgrade's Republic Square, as he placed flowers and lit a candle in memory of a French soccer fan, whose death prompted a march against violence in the Serbian capital Thursday.

Montenegro: Flüchtlinge erhalten mehr Rechte

Die montenegrinische Staatsbürgerschaft bleibt ihnen verwehrt. Aber viele Flüchtlinge in Montenegro bekommen nun mehr Rechte. Zugleich hofft die Regierung auf eine Rückführung der Menschen in ihre Heimatländer.

Infolge der Kriege im ehemaligen Jugoslawien sind viele Menschen nach Montenegro geflohen. Diese Flüchtlinge sollen nun mehr Rechte bekommen. Das hat die Regierung in der Hauptstadt Podgorica beschlossen. Montenegros Innen- und Verwaltungsminister Ivan Brajovic versicherte, die Flüchtlinge erhielten damit „das Recht auf Arbeit, Beschäftigung, Bildung, Weiterbildung, die Anerkennung ihrer im Ausland erworbenen Diplome und Zertifikate, Kranken- und Rentenversicherung, Steuererleichterungen, Zutritt zum Waren- und Dienstleistungssektor. Aber sie bekommen nicht das Recht auf einen montenegrinischen Pass und die montenegrinische Staatsbürgerschaft.“

Flüchtlinge enttäuscht

Viele Flüchtlinge sind genau darüber enttäuscht. Sie hatten erwartet, dass ihnen nach mehr als einem Jahrzehnt des Aufenthalts in Montenegro auch die montenegrinische Staatsbürgerschaft zuerkannt werde. Meto Ajeti aus Pristina beispielsweise ist bereits seit elf Jahren in einem Flüchtlingslager in Ulcinj. Er sagt, er wolle nicht mehr ins Kosovo zurück. „Ich möchte mit meiner dreiköpfigen Familie entweder in einem Drittland oder in Montenegro bleiben“, sagt er der Deutschen Welle und fügt hinzu: „In ein Drittland möchte ich am liebsten wegen der Kinder.“ Wenn er eine Arbeit in Montenegro bekäme und die Perspektiven für seine Kinder gut wären, dann würde er auch gerne hier bleiben, erklärt der Familienvater. „Im Kosovo gibt es kein Auskommen mehr, keine Arbeit, gar nichts. Da möchte ich nicht hin. Ich habe dort kein Haus, kein Land, gar nichts“, sagt Ajeti.

OSCE Report: Kosovo Serbs ethnic cleansing

Die Kosovo betreibt mit System durch illegale Bebauungen überall im Kosovo (aber auch in Albanien und Mazedonien Ethnische Säuberungen, indem Grundstücke mit gefälschten Unterlagen verkauft werden, wie auch in Albanien.siehe z.B. der Kosovare und Super Verbrecher Lul Berisha, im Raum Durres. Eine Justiz gibt es bekanntlich nicht im Kosovo.

 

So siehts nun mal im Kosovo aus. Recht und Justiz gibt es nicht und wie auch in Albanien besetzen die kriminellen Clans, Grundstücke und ignorieren jeden echten Eigentümer!

Pristina, 14.7.08 (KAP) Nach Angaben des serbisch-orthodoxen Vikarbischofs Teodosije (Sibalic), der im Kloster Visoki Decani residiert, schüttet die Gemeindeverwaltung der kosovarischen Stadt Djakovica die Fundamente der 1999 zerstörten orthodoxen Dreifaltigkeitskirche zu. Die Gemeindeverwaltung will auf dem Grundstück einen Park anlegen. Der Bischof hat scharfen Protest dagegen geäußert. Das Grundstück gehöre der serbisch-orthodoxen Diözese Raska-Prizren, die gar nicht gefragt worden sei. Die Vorgangsweise der Behörden in Djakovica verstoße gegen die Vereinbarung mit dem Europarat, der den Wiederaufbau der zerstörten serbisch-orthodoxen Kirchen und Klöster im Kosovo beaufsichtigt.

Die Dreifaltigkeitskirche in Djakovica wurde 1999 von albanischen Extremisten gesprengt, kaum dass die serbischen Sicherheitsbehörden abgezogen waren. Als die Kirche gesprengt war, feierte die Stadt die ganze Nacht. In den albanischen Massenausschreitungen im März 2004 wurde die Kirchenruine weiter zerstört, so dass nur Fundamente geblieben sind.

In Djakovica steht noch die kleine Theotokoskirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Seit 1999 leben dort sechs alte serbische Frauen, die ständig bedroht werden; sie sind die einzigen verbliebenen serbischen Einwohnerinnen der Stadt. Nur durch den Einsatz der italienischen KFOR-Soldaten, die für die Frauen auch einkaufen gehen, konnten sie überleben. (ende)

Fury as Park Built on Kosovo Church Remains

16 July 2008 Gjakova _ The UN authorities in Kosovo have pledged to hold talks with council officials in Gjakova after it emerged a park is being built over the remains of a Serbian Orthodox Church.

Local Serb radio KIM found that the construction of the park in Gjakova (known in Serbian as Djakovica), an overwhelmingly ethnic Albanian town in western Kosovo, is now in its final stages.

A metre of soil was placed on top of the church’s foundations and trees and flowers planted over it. Some 20 workers from the Bala construction company were finishing work at the park on Wednesday, and building pedestrian paths.

Das die OSCE nur ein Sammel Becken für abgehalfterte Dumm Leute mit partei Buch ist wird hier deutlich.

Die stellen doch jetzt fest, das Kosovo Gerichte nur schwer die Grund Eigentums REchte klären können, weil halt Alles zusammen gefälscht ist, wie in Albanien.

Below is the translation of a document that was provided to me by a friend in Tirana. The report was assembled from conversations with three separate sources, one who works for an Albanian intelligence agency and two others who work within Nano’s circle. The translation tracks the original.

Fatos Nano - Ex Prime Minister of Albania

The current drug trafficking routes in Albania and their relations with Prime Minister Fatos Nano.
Albania has become an important country for the trafficking of drugs, establishing itself as a safe transit route between East and West. Albania has made available to this kind of traffic its human resources and its political power. Before 1997, the drug trafficking in Albania was blooming through the planting of drug related plants and their sale outside Albania. Strong drugs such as heroin or cocaine were not present at the time because of the lack of serious partners and partners with political power. Former Minister of Interior Agron Musaraj (1993-1996) was a supporter of such groups, but his limited political power could not empower these groups. After Agron Musaraj left, the new interior minister of the Democratic Party, Halil Shamata, proposed new tough legislation against organized crime which was approved in the parliament in Autumn 1996. The legislation included strong punishment for drug and weapon traffickers and very often fixed prison terms.
The law was then criticized by human rights organizations as well as segments of the socialist party, then in opposition. Several incriminated persons were arrested. Most of them were from Berat, Fier, Lushnja and VLora, places where the minister of interior had power.
After the 1997 crisis and rebellion, many of these groups got out of prison and were strengthened rapidly. Using the fact that they had been in prison during the time the Democratic Party was in power politically, these groups became the nucleus of the criminal gangs which were protected by the socialist power which led the rebellion.
As years passed, many of these criminal groups were eliminated in internal fights and the drug trafficking was concentrated with the groups that had more political power.
In December 1997, prime minister Nano start the consultations with the former Chairman of the Legislative Commission in the parliament, the socialist Fehmi Abdiu (who later become the head of the Supreme Court) to abrogate the anti-trafficking laws approved in 1996. Thus, on January 15 1998, after the proposal of a group of the socialist members of the parliament, the law was abrogated. The harsh punishments were for drug trafficking were discontinued and there was a legislative vacuum related to the drug trafficking.
The closest people to the prime minister became the protectors of this trafficking and then used such income for private investment primarily in construction and turism.
Below are listed some of the most important groups that control and monitor the drug trafficking and its transport to the west and which have direct ties with the political power of prime minister Fatos Nano.
1. One key person is in the group of bodyguards of the prime minister.
His name is Pirro Ymeri and until 2001 he had his laboratory for the manufacturing of the drugs at the “Ali Demi” neighborhood in Tirana. Now he has moved his laboratory in unknown location. He cooperates with Arjan Rugji, former officer in the guard of the republic for a long time, nominated there through the support of Nehat Kulla, a well known political and ordinary crime figure in Tirana, a close friend of Fatos Nano.
After the nomination of Igli Toska as minister of interior, Arjan Rugji is nominated General Director of the Borders in the Ministry of Interior. Both these persons lead a drug trafficking group with its headquarters in caffe/restaurant “Milosao” in Tirana. They have cooperated even with former minister of interior Luan Rama, but not important persons. Luan Rama has as his primary liason for drug trafficking someone named with whom he continues to preserve his connections and the trafficking route Turkey – Tirana – Italy.
2. The second route is that of Eduart Helmesi, a.k.a. “Ed Baxhella”.
Eduart Helmesi is the partner of the wife of prime minister Nano, Xhoana Nano, and has been e person suspected for murder since 1992, for the physical elimination of the group of Gazmend Muca. He is the director of the company “Xhoy Travel”, property of Xhoana Nano. This group does the [drug] distribution into Greece with the buses of Xhoy Travel with Greek collaborators. The same group has other collaborators that distribute in Greece and Italy. Thus, in FIer they have as primary partners Arjan Shanaj and Renato Cami. Renato Cami is author of several murders in Fier and has been used by the Albanian Secret Services to intimidate the opposition parties in the 2001 elections. Accidentally, a year ago a large quantity of drugs was found in his house, but the leaders of the ministry of interior closed the case. Together with Eduart Helmesi (a.k.a “Ed Baxhella”) works Artur Labi in Durres. He is an old trafficker since the time the Democratic Party was in power before 1997.
3. The third route is the Factory of Alcoholic Beverages “Aquila Likuori” in the highway Tirana- Durres. This factory functions and drug laboratory.
After 2002 has been placed under the control of Fatos Nano’s people. To cover up the close connections with the prime minister, this factory wins the procurements for the supply with alcoholic beverages and other gifts for governmental ceremonies.
4. The route controlled by Agron Duka *, Minister of Food and Agriculture and Leonard Koka.
This group handles the transport of cocaine. Leonard Koka is the brother of Agron Duka’s wife, and a close friend of Fatos Nano. He was the personal donor of Fatos Nano while he had resigned as prime minister in 1998-2001 and the person who introduced Nano with his second wife, Xhoana Nano, who at the time worked in Greece.
Under this group’s control is the drug route Turkey-Durres- Kosova- Germany as well as Turkey –Durre- Italy. This group is also known as “Shijak’s Group”. In this group participate Ilir (”Ronnie”)Hoxha, Arben Shabani, the brothers Tusha (Shijak). Some of them used to be Democratic Party activists and have been involved with this group after Agron Duka, the socialist representative of the Shijak area (close to Durres) helped to get out of prison a person close to them in 2001, during the elections. Arben Shabani was arrested in 2001 in a random police stop and search because they found elements of a drug laboratory as well as drugs in his house, but he was later freed by under pressure from Agron Duka, minister of food and agriculture.
With this group works also the nephew of Bajram Ibro (Director General of the Police) as well as a trafficker named “Gezim” in Laprake, a peripheral neighborhood in Tirana. A second group within this group is that led by Lul (Lulezim) Berisha, Arjan Saliu, Klodian Saliu, Rudin Taullahu, Artur Begu dhe Arben Talja. This group is led directly by Leonard “Nard” Koka (brother of Lefter Koca),

new deputed by the election in June 2009: Lefter Koca (Partia; Srapari Bande from Ilir Meta) and Hazmir Gashi / Partner of “Lul” Berisha.
the close friend of Fatos Nano, in the route Turkey- Tirana-Durres- Italy. With these two groups is connected one of the deputies of Agron Duka in the Ministry of Agriculture who is the Director of the Forestry Police and director of police in Durres. This group does the trafficking of cocaine in the route Durres-Belgjike.
5. The route Macedonia-Albania-Greece- outside route – and Tirana – Korce- Selanik (inside route).
This route is controlled by Gjergj Luca and Jani Morava – transportation business in Pogradec. Gjergj Luca is the owner of several big casinos in Tirana, Shkoder and Montenegro. Members of this group are Roland Ziu (owner of “Espanja”), Alfred Ziu and Fatos Zjarri, transporter.
6. The Route Montengro – Tirana – Italy (cocaine) and Tirana –Shkoder.
This route also is controlled by Gjergj Luca, Artur Gjini and Arjan Andoni. This last one was arrested a year ago in a clear attempt by Fatos Nano to place Gjergj Luca under his complete control. After everything was achieved, his freedom is being arranged. A close collaborator of this group is Pellumb Gjoka in Shkoder the middle man with the Montenegrins and Besim Tulina and Adem Ahmeti. Fatos Nano has established contacts with Gjergj Luca, about a year and a half ago about this matter.
7. The group of Edmond Pustina and “Tota” in the Fortuzi street (approximately 45 years old).
Mond Pustina is the first cousin of Nano’s brother in law, Fatos Pustina, and has been previously convicted seven years ago for drugs. Currently he works in customs. In this group also participate Ilir Arbana (officer in the customs police) and Ardian Resuli, former police chief in Saranda and Durres who currently invests his profits in construction. They keep relations with Gramoz Ruci, head of the parliamentary group of the socialist party and Ilir Gjoni**, former minister of interior. Kane and collaborators in the Albanian Secret Services.
8.Igli Toska in the route Macedonia-Albania
A person close to Igli Toska controls the drug route Macedonia-Albania. He was accidentally arrested several months ago with 30kg of heroin and later the news was transformed as if he was caught with only 30gs of heroin. The trafficker is the son of Leonidha Taoksa, Director of the Tirana Municipality. [Igli] Toska did not make any comments about the accusations. He is trying to substitute the group previously led by former minister Luan Rama through the group of Ymer Lala.
9.The personal bodyguard of former prime minister Pandeli Majko, now minister of defence, called “Majko’s Elidon” controls the transportation from Bulgaria trouh Albania.
He does the transportation through the help of Arjan Rugji, the director of the border police in the ministry of interior and also collaborates with Fatmir Meto, former police chief arrested after the murder of the opposition member of parliament Azem Hajdari. The control of these transportation routes is done through Arjan Rugji and, in some occasions, from the border entry point called “Three Bridges” where chief of police is “Bilali” a former bodyguard of Fatos Nano.
These re the most important groups which deal with drug trafficking in Albania and use for this purpose the political power and the connections with persons close to prime minister Fatos Nano.
The accuracy of these data has been verified/corroborated by at least three source and has had the contribution of segments of the Albanian Secret Service, outside the control of prime minister Fatos Nano.
